Terms and Conditions of Service

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the professional relationship between Your Vehicles Care ("we," "us," "our") and our clients ("you," "your"). Engagement of our services signifies your explicit agreement to adhere to these terms.

  1. Service Agreement: Engagement of our services, whether verbal, written, or digital, constitutes a binding agreement to these terms and conditions.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment for all rendered services and supplied parts is strictly required immediately upon completion of the work. We facilitate transactions via secure major credit cards and digital payment platforms. Cash payments may be accepted but must be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking. An itemized digital invoice will be provided for all services rendered.
  3. Service Estimates vs. Final Cost: All initial service charges are professional estimates based on the reported issue, standard labor times, and typical parts costs. The final cost may be subject to adjustment if unforeseen complications or additional faults are discovered, the price of required parts deviates significantly, or additional labor is required. Any significant deviation (e.g., more than 15% variance) will be communicated to you for approval before any additional work is performed.
  4. Diagnostic Services: In cases where the primary service is diagnostic, the quoted fee covers the mechanic's time, expertise, and use of specialized equipment to identify the problem(s). This diagnostic fee is payable in full upon completion of the diagnostic work, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs.
  5. Client-Supplied Parts: We may agree to install parts supplied by you. However, our service warranty will cover only the workmanship of the installation. We provide no warranty whatsoever on the client-supplied part itself and assume no liability for damages caused by its failure. If a client-supplied part is incorrect or faulty, you will still be liable for the labor costs incurred up to that point.
  6. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a service request at any time. However, if a mechanic has already been dispatched to your location at the time of cancellation, a standard dispatch fee will be applied to cover fuel and operational costs.
  7. Service Warranty & Exclusions: We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship and the new parts we supply. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and the specific part(s) installed by us. It is void if the vehicle has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, modification, or if further repairs related to our service have been attempted by a third party. To make a warranty claim, you must contact us immediately.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is strictly limited to the direct cost of the specific services and parts provided. We are not liable for any pre-existing issues, wear and tear, or indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of use of the vehicle, loss of earnings, or towing charges.
  9. Client Responsibilities, Safety, and Access: It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information and ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible, and legally permissible location for our mechanic to work. The work area must be on level, solid ground. Our mechanics reserve the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsafe or the client is hostile, and a dispatch fee may still apply.
  10. Designated Service Area: Our mobile services are available within a predefined operational territory. Requests outside this area may incur additional fees or may not be feasible.
  11. Disposal of Parts: All parts replaced during service will be disposed of by us in an environmentally responsible manner, unless you specifically request to keep the old parts at the time of service.
  12. Data Privacy and Usage: All personal and vehicle data collected are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
  13. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
  14. Amendments to Terms: Your Vehicles Care reserves the right to review, update, and modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that service.
